1. Commitment to Confidentiality

At Levana SafeSpace, your privacy and trust are fundamental. Information shared during counselling or therapeutic coaching sessions is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with professional, ethical and legal obligations in Ireland.

2. Limits of Confidentiality

Confidentiality may need to be breached where required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm to you or another person, where there are safeguarding concerns relating to abuse or neglect, or where disclosure is required by a court or other legal authority. Wherever possible, this will be discussed with you first.

3. Clinical Supervision

Anna Levandi is currently a trainee psychotherapist completing a Master’s Degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy. As part of ethical professional practice, she receives regular clinical supervision. Client work may be discussed with a qualified clinical supervisor for professional guidance. Identifying information is kept to the minimum necessary and confidentiality is maintained throughout.

4. Client Records

Brief clinical notes may be kept to support continuity of care. Records are stored securely and only accessed where necessary for professional practice or where required by law.

5. Online Sessions

Clients are responsible for ensuring they attend online sessions from a private location with a secure internet connection. Sessions will not be recorded without the explicit consent of both parties.

6. Email and Messaging

Email and messaging are intended for appointment scheduling and administrative matters only. They should not be used for emergencies or urgent mental health support.

7. Emergency Situations

Levana SafeSpace does not provide a crisis or emergency service. If you are experiencing an emergency or are at immediate risk of harm, contact 999 or 112, attend your nearest Emergency Department, or contact the appropriate crisis support service.

8. GDPR

Personal information is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable Irish and European data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
