1. About Levana SafeSpace

Levana SafeSpace is a counselling and therapeutic coaching practice operated by Anna Levandi. The purpose of Levana SafeSpace is to provide a compassionate and supportive environment where individuals can explore personal challenges, emotional wellbeing, personal growth, workplace difficulties, and life transitions.

2. Professional Status

Anna Levandi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, is CIPD qualified in Human Resources (HR), is an EMCC Accredited Coach, and has completed additional professional training in counselling and mental health.

Anna Levandi is currently completing a Master’s Degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy and practises as a trainee psychotherapist under appropriate professional supervision, working within the scope of her current qualifications, training, competence, and ethical standards.

The training programme is aligned with European standards and is undertaken with the goal of meeting requirements for future professional accreditation recognised by the European Association for Psychotherapy (EAP).

Anna Levandi is not currently accredited by the European Association for Psychotherapy (EAP). Services are provided within the scope of current qualifications, training, competence, and ethical standards.

3. Nature of Services

Levana SafeSpace provides counselling, therapeutic coaching, emotional wellbeing support, workplace wellbeing support, stress and burnout support, confidence and self-esteem work, and career and life transitions support.

Services provided do not replace psychiatric treatment, emergency mental health services, medical advice, or crisis intervention.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, attending appointments on time, informing the practitioner of relevant health concerns, and taking responsibility for decisions made in their own lives. Counselling and coaching outcomes vary and no guarantees of specific outcomes are provided.

5. Confidentiality

Information shared during sessions will remain confidential except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others, concerns regarding abuse or neglect, or other legal obligations under Irish law.

6. Online Sessions

Clients are responsible for ensuring privacy at their location and maintaining a stable internet connection for online sessions.

7. Appointment Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.

8. Fees and Payments

Fees are communicated before services begin. Payment is due according to the agreed arrangement at the time of booking.

10. Intellectual Property
